Want to try something different than meatballs? Now you can! Try using rice for your meatballs and you will be suprised how delicious it tastes. Fill them with gorgonzola cheese or any cheese you like!
I guess today was "the day of experiments and excitement"! I am glad it worked out. The idea was simple. We love meatballs, we love rice and we adore cheese. Especially gorgonzola cheese. So why not making some "Cheesy Rice Meatball Bombs"?
Especially when you have some leftover rice from yesterday's dinner. That's perfect. Don't thow it away.
I know from my family that there are alot of people out there who don't like gorgonzola cheese. Don't worry - you can use any cheese cubes you like, maybe some gouda to make it more "children" friendly. I remember I hate gorgonzola when I was a kid.
What is your favourite cheese? I think I am pretty much into gouda, gorgonzola and feta cheese. But I could imagine that totally depends on where you were born and raised, right? So, tell me :) Always glad to get to know more things about you ^.^
