Potato Gratin

Potatoes? Microwave? Yes! You can easily make a potato gratin with any ingredients you like in your microwave. You will be surprised how excellent it tastes. But make sure to use floury cooking potatoes for this recipe.

This recipe really surprised me because I had no idea that it is so easy to prepare potatoes in a microwave. I think this is a brilliant idea for when you don't have alot of time or no stove around.

I made my mom do this at work and she now is a Microwave Potato Gratin Fan! That made me really glad because I totally understand that she is so tired of eating sandwiches or fast food at work.

As you can see in the pictures above there are really just 5 ingredients and you can easily store them in you fridge at work, for example. I guess most people have these ingredients at home anyways, so it's really not much of work. I hope you enjoy this microwave potato gratin!
