Mushroom Bruschetta

Impress your friends with a delicious Italian appetizer and make some mushroom bruschettas. It works well as a little starter or as a nice snack on your next party!

There was a time when my husband and I loved taking our vacation in Italy. We basically went there each year, enjoyed the beach and treated us with some fine food. There was this little pizzeria who not just served fantastic pizzas, but also these mushroom bruschettas. And we instantly fell in love so that we ordered it everyday and ate way too much! But we couldn't resist.

I tried my best in making it on my own at home. I really love the taste, all we need is the sun and beach to get that feeling, you know ;-)

It probably isn't the traditional way of bruschetta as we all know the tomato version, but it definitely is a thumbs up for everyone who isn't a huge fan of tomatoes - like me. I prefer mushrooms instead so this is definitely a nice option.
