Chili Con Carne

You just moved and don't have a stove or oven yet? Don’t worry, it doesn’t mean you have to give up on your passion for Chili con Carne! You can cook it easily in a microwave within 10 minutes. It tastes as good as Chili out of a cooking pot and is a great idea when everything has to go quickly.

I don't know what is wrong with my husband, brother and dad. But everytime my mom or me are cooking this (in a pot, not in a microwave though for 2 or more people ;-)) nothing remains. Like really nothing. No matter how much I am cooking. A small pot, a middle sized pot, a huge pot. They always eat it all. Everything.

So apparently this recipe must be good. And now we can even do it in the microwave. For - let's say me - who is okay with 1 serving :-D

What about your husbands/wifes/kids? Is there a special meal they would die for or even maybe the kids beg you to cook it?
