Pasta Gorgonzola

Everyone can cook pasta. But now everyone can cook a tasty pasta sauce, aswell! Pasta Gorgonzola really isn’t complicated to make and tastes just like in the restaurant. Since I really really love cheese this is an absolutely "must" recipe in my everyday world. I do not remember when I got so obsessed with gorgonzola and spinach but it must have something to do with this dish :)

I really recommend using deep-frozen spinach here. I have never tried it with fresh spinach so I cannot tell you how it will taste. Also, make sure if you use deep-frozen spinach with cream that you wont use the full 200ml cream written below on the recipe anymore.

Good idea: Spread some parmesan on your pasta. It will give your recipe the final touch!
