Pull Apart Bread

This is what you call a typical „Pull Apart Bread“ and one of my favourite side dishes for a  BBQ with good friends. But not just that. Last time I did this I simply ate it for breakfast with regular quark or cream cheese. I didn't need anything else and the durability was surprisingly long (depends on how you store it of course).

I haven't put it into a bread tin because of the eggs. I think clear film/saran wrap is the answer here to make it durable. I stored it in the fridge also. I don't know which is better but it gave me a good feeling. And that badically is the most important, isn't it ;-)

Don‘t worry if you are not a fan of fresh herbs - you can replace them with anything your heart desires, e.g. olives, ham cubes or sweet peppers.
Good to know: Make sure you grease your bread pan with butter before you fill it. I don't want to see you sad when you ruin your bread just because of a sticky bread pan. I normally use pans out of silicone so I can avoid these nasty situations.
