Banana Pancakes

"Baanaaanaaaaas!" - What? "Uh - we forgot to eat the bananas again, they are all brown and squishy!" Great! Because that's what we need for Banana Pancakes!

You don’t have to waste and throw away brown or expired bananas. You can use them perfectly for these banana pancakes. Add a little bit of cinnamon or marmelade and you’ll have a tasty, fantastic breakfast for yourself and your loved-ones.

I have this fancy pancake maker but you really don't need one. A simple pan will do! I really liked the taste although it was a bit unfamiliar to me at first, but that feeling really didn't last too long. I would assume that kids are loving this. I sadly didn't have the chance to try that out because we don't have any little kids in our family right now. Wow - it's getting time I guess :-)
